How to Apply
To apply, submit Temple’s online graduate application.
Prerequisites
To apply for admission to the Graduate certificate in Computer Science Instruction, students
- must be certified by the state in secondary education, or they must receive permission from the certificate program director; and
- must have a bachelor’s degree in disciplines other than computer science or information science and technology, or related majors.
Students cannot count credit earned in this certificate program toward any graduate program offered by the Computer and Information Sciences Department.
Transcripts
Submit official transcripts from every college and university you have attended.
Goals Statement
Your statement should be 500 to 1,000 words in length and include your specific interest in Temple's program, as well as your research and future career goals and your previous academic and research achievements.
Résumé
A current version of your professional résumé is required.
