How to Apply

The Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies program is open to transfer students, both from other universities and other programs within Temple University.

Before you apply, use our Transfer Equivalency Tool to see which of your credits transfer. If you’re a community college student, find out whether students from your school automatically receive conditional admission to Temple University.

External Transfer Students

Students applying to transfer from a university other than Temple should apply through the Office of Undergraduate Admissions’ standard transfer applicant process.

Internal Transfer Students

Current Temple students will need to complete the change of major process within TUportal in order to apply to the program.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to meet with a College of Public Health advisor to discuss the Bachelor of Arts in Health Studies program before requesting a change of major.

If interested in applying as a transfer student within Temple, please contact CPHAdvising@temple.edu.
