Oral Health Sciences MS applicants must hold either a bachelor of dental surgery, doctor of dental surgery or doctor of dental medicine, or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Official undergraduate transcripts, and official graduate transcripts if applicable, from all programs attended are required. Applicants who attended undergraduate or graduate programs outside of the United States must submit an official ECE or WES evaluation in addition to official transcripts.

Submit three letters of recommendation from faculty members who are familiar with your academic background and potential for graduate-level study. These may include faculty who knew the applicant in dental school or wherever the applicant’s highest level of degree was attained.
